How to use the Invoice Maker

Formula and method
Line total = quantity × unit price, rounded to 2 decimals. Subtotal = sum of line totals. Discount = subtotal × discount%. Tax = (subtotal − discount) × tax%. Total = subtotal − discount + tax.

How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Select Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF as the printer or destination in your browser's print dialog.
Is my invoice data stored?
The tool runs in your browser and the page does not send what you type anywhere. Nothing is saved after you close the page, so keep a copy of your PDF.
